do some searches, see who comes up at the top of your favorite search engine,
like Google.com or Yahoo.com.

I don’t waste time with print advertising which rarely works nowadays!
Agents still put ads in the paper for one reason, and one reason only –
it shows a seller that the agent is doing something, but all it really does
is help get the agent more listings! What really sells a home is the right
Internet advertising!
Don’t
judge an agent by how many signs you see in front of houses, this is no
measure of how well they service the listings, only a measure of how good
they are at getting listings! I would venture to guess that around 40% of
listings go into the MLS and jump to the top of the Just Listed charts with
ABSOLUTELY NO PHOTOS! You get one chance at a first impression…. JUST
ONE!
